1. The service
Headshotpilot generates professional headshots from selfies you upload. By using the service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and only upload photos of yourself or people who have given you permission.
2. Pay after you see
You can upload photos and generate headshots for free. Payment is only required to download full-resolution images. Once you pay, your order is final except as covered by our money-back guarantee.
3. Your content and rights
You retain full ownership of your uploaded photos and the headshots you receive, including 100% commercial usage rights. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to deliver your order.
4. Refunds
If you're not happy with your headshots, contact us within 30 days for a full refund — no forms, no questions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create misleading, deceptive, or harmful imagery, to impersonate others, or to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Headshotpilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
